Found this dead dragonfly at a window some time ago, and did a macro photogrammetry scan of it. Then I retopoed / symetrised the scan by hand. (So no quad remesher or anything else in that regard). All manual polys, no sculpting no displacment/bump map Will do a rigged version with better textures...and maybe 3d print that guy in future wich shouldn't be a problem since this is a singular mesh without intersections. The idea behid this project was to build up muscle memory, for future retopology projects. If time is an ssue I certainly would approach this project differently. Done with the free version of reality capture (the one on the epic store) and blender for retopo / rendering.
